Comments: Freak neck, huge middled, big boned, and one that will feed easy. What more do you need? He has changed a bunch this fall and is still getting better. I love the extension this one has in his front third. He is as big middled as he can be and still sets down his big legs with ease; he has the power he needs and the potential to be awesome. He is early state fair size and would easily make a big noise at an early county fair and hold till state fair. Have you ever fed a big bellied Monopoly– they grow just seeing the bucket. Big time Maine steer.
Sire: Monopoly
Dam: Donor 7 (Irish Whiskey x Angus)

Comments: BIG TIME!!!! Very predictable genetics. One mating that I can put in year after year after year and still never have enough of is Monopoly x 7.This mating has resulted in 2 steers over $10,000 and too many winners to keep track of. This guy is wide built, perfect topped, great footed, and better necked than he shows in the picture. His hair is really starting to come on now; he was as slick as the concrete when we started on him and will be one of the nicest freshest haired steers come this winter. This guy can easily make any state fair; I’ve sold smaller steers from this mating that are big and fat in July. They feed great, but if you want to show him next fall just stick him on a bale of hay for the winter and start feeding in the spring. Watch the video on this guy. He’s for real.
Sire: Unstoppable
Dam: Heat Seeker x Irish Whiskey
DOB: 4/1/2014
Sex: Steer
Breed: Maine
Consignor: Tyler Hartgers 641-891-1562
Disposition: Broke to tie, Leadable
Genetic Status:
Comments: Frosty is a very powerful steer. Not your typical common made Unstoppable. We have been breeding him to our better cows lately, and getting along very well. They feed, stay sound and are good haired. This guy has a white tipped tail, and that is why we named him Frosty. This Maine steer has a very good front third; I like the way he extends out of his shoulders. He carries all of his power very easily on his wheels and can really show him self off. The right size for any Midwest fair and going to be a fun project. Solid Stock.
