I’m a sucker for good shorthorns..I mean the kind that have substance and power..they are hard to find nowadays. This heifer’s now deceased mother was the most impressive shorthorn cow I’ve ever encountered, and has a track record that is hard to match when it comes to raising high end shorthorn steers. 732 has produced multiple steers that have won the shorthorn division at Midwestern state fairs, and perhaps more relevant to this sale, 732’s daughters have been killing it in production. Two of our past four bred sales have been topped by daughters of 732 (2019: $15k and 2021: $26k) both those cows have raised steers ranging from $7500 to $25,000. We had a litter of these perfection heifers and are sharing two of them with you on this sale. They are both EXTREMELY high quality. This one is a TH carrier and is more moderate with a little extra punch. Good shorthorns are a hot commodity, add this one to your donor arsenal!
