Cattle are sold as is, with no guarentees that includes soundness, structure, fertility, and disposition. All cattle are updated on their shots and are broke to tie. If needing papers on the purchased-registered calf of less than $3000.00 it will be on the buyers expense. Anything greater than $3000.00 the seller will pay for the registered papers. All heifers sold, we have the right to retain one flush at sellers expence and buyers convience. Calves must be picked up 10 days after sale date, additional days will be charged $5.00 each day.
